Terms of Use
Oriaris Health Intelligence, Inc. · version 1.0 · effective October 4, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Oriaris website, including its free guides, its tools, its forms and the interactive demonstration hosted on it. They cover all of Oriaris: Academy, Nexus, Horizon, Core and Relay, and the internship program. They are not a contract for any program or service. Each one is governed by its own written agreement, signed before it begins, which prevails over these Terms in the event of any conflict.
1Who we are
This website is operated by Oriaris Health Intelligence, Inc., a stock corporation registered in the Republic of the Philippines, with its principal address at Level 21 Unit 2116, Park Triangle Corporate Plaza, North Tower, 32nd Street Corner 11th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City 1635, Philippines.
2What the service does
Oriaris helps Philippine hospitals get paid for the care they already gave, through five product lines planned in this order: Oriaris Academy, PHL-DRG training for hospital teams, with the internship program; Oriaris Nexus, physician-led advisory, research and partnerships, including NeuroBloom; Oriaris Horizon, benchmarking and analytics; Oriaris Core, software being designed to check hospital claim data against PhilHealth PHL-DRG rules before submission; and Oriaris Relay, integrations between hospital systems and Core.
None of the five is yet available to any person or institution. Today the website provides free educational guides, a calculator, forms to contact us or apply for an internship, and an interactive demonstration of Core that runs on synthetic cases.
3The demonstration uses synthetic data only
The interactive demonstration on this website operates exclusively on synthetic, computer-generated cases. It contains no real patient data. You must not submit real patient data, personal information or any confidential clinical record into any public-facing feature of this website.
4No clinical decision making
Oriaris trains, advises, reports and builds software for healthcare institutions. Across all of it, Oriaris does not diagnose, does not treat, does not determine medical necessity, and does not practice medicine.
Every clinical and coding determination is made by a licensed human professional employed by or contracted to the healthcare institution. Nothing Oriaris produces, whether a guide, a training program, advice, a report or a software suggestion, is medical advice.
5No automated submission
No Oriaris service transmits, or will transmit, a claim, correction or record to PhilHealth, to any health maintenance organization, or to any other payer without an explicit, recorded verdict from an authorized human reviewer.
For Oriaris Core and Oriaris Relay this is a property of the system design. There will be no configuration setting, license tier or contractual arrangement under which automated submission is enabled.
6Zero retention of personal health information
Oriaris collects no personal health information today, through any product line, form or program. Training and internship work use synthetic cases only, and no form on this website asks for a patient name, a claim, a chart or a diagnosis.
Oriaris Core is being designed so that personal health information transmitted to it is processed in volatile memory within the scope of a single request and is not written to persistent storage at any point. It will never be returned to the caller in an error response, so a malformed claim is rejected by naming the field at fault, never by quoting the payload back.
The only artifacts that will persist are a salted SHA-256 hash of case identifiers and non-identifying aggregate counters. The hash is not reversible and is not used to re-identify any individual.
7Which document applies to you
The table below sets out which document governs you. Where a signed agreement and these Terms conflict, the signed agreement wins for the party who signed it.
| If you are | The document that governs you |
|---|---|
| Reading the site or running the demo | These Terms of Use, plus the Privacy Policy |
| A hospital in an Academy program, a Nexus engagement or a Horizon report | The written agreement for that program or engagement, signed before it begins |
| A hospital working with Oriaris Core or Relay | A written agreement, including data processing terms, signed before any claim is processed |
| An internship or OJT applicant | These Terms and the Privacy Policy, then the written internship agreement if you are accepted |
| A data subject asking about your own data | The Privacy Policy, which sets out your rights under RA 10173 |
8Published guides and articles
The guides, articles and checklists published on this website are general information for hospital revenue and coding teams. They are not clinical advice, not legal advice, and not a representation that any claim will be reimbursed. Reading them creates no professional relationship.
Coding decisions belong to the qualified personnel of the institution, working from what the treating clinician documented in the patient record. A code the record does not support is not a recovery. Where our material and the record disagree, the record governs.
PhilHealth circulars, PHL-DRG groupings and eClaims requirements change. Material is accurate as we understand it on the date of publication and is not maintained as a live regulatory reference. Verify against the current issuance before acting.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, we accept no liability for a decision taken in reliance on published material.
9Oriaris Academy, when it runs
Oriaris Academy is in research and planning, and no program is running. When one does, enrollment, fees and cohort terms will be agreed in writing with the institution before it runs, and those terms will govern the training rather than these Terms.
Any certificate issued on completion of a future program will be a certificate of completion from this corporation. It carries no Continuing Professional Development units, no Professional Regulation Commission accreditation, no PhilHealth accreditation and no regulatory standing. It does not qualify the holder to practice anything, and it is not a substitute for any license.
Training material describes documentation and coding practice as we understand it at the time of delivery. It is not legal, clinical or reimbursement advice, and PhilHealth rules change.
10Oriaris Nexus and Horizon, when they run
Oriaris Nexus and Oriaris Horizon are in planning, and no engagement or report is offered yet. When one is, its scope, fees and any data the institution shares will be agreed in writing before work begins, and that agreement will govern it rather than these Terms.
Advice and reports describe what we observe and recommend at the time. The institution decides what to act on. They are not legal, clinical or reimbursement advice, and no report is a promise that any claim will be paid.
NeuroBloom, a Nexus initiative for parents and caregivers, is in planning. When it opens, its resources will be educational support, not diagnosis, therapy or medical advice, and never a substitute for a licensed professional who knows the child.
11Applying for an internship
Applying through this website creates no employment, no internship and no obligation on either side. If you are accepted, a written internship agreement, and your school's own requirements where you need OJT or practicum hours, will govern the work and the hours.
Interns work on synthetic data only. No intern is given access to a patient record.
12Intellectual property
The rules registry, including the taxonomy of PhilHealth eClaims and PHL-DRG operational rules, the validation pipeline, the agent architecture, training and advisory materials, the brand marks and all website content are the exclusive property of the entity named above and are protected under Philippine and international law.
No license is granted to copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or create derivative works from the rules registry or validation logic. Reading the website and using the demonstration for evaluation is permitted.
13Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
- Do not submit real patient data or personal information into public features
- Do not use automated systems to extract the rules registry or reconstruct the validation logic
- Do not misrepresent the service, its outputs, or its regulatory status to any third party
- Do not use the service to make or imply a clinical determination without qualified human review
14No warranty on outputs
The website, its guides, its tools and its demonstration are provided on an as-is basis. While our material and the rules registry are maintained against current PhilHealth circulars, we do not warrant that any specific claim will be accepted, reimbursed at any particular tier, or paid at all. Reimbursement decisions rest entirely with the payer.
Projected recovery figures shown in the demonstration and in any pre-pilot material are illustrative, modeled on PHL-DRG tier structures to show how a recovery is calculated rather than to predict yours. They are not a guarantee of payment, and no figure on this website is a quotation.
15Limitation of liability
This website is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of this website and its demonstration is limited to ₱5,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
Liability arising from any paid program, engagement or service is governed by the signed agreement for it, not by these Terms, and is capped there against fees actually paid.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16Changes to these Terms
This is version 1.0, effective October 4, 2026, printed at the top of this page. Material changes are published here with a new version number and a revised effective date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
Every superseded version is kept. Ask for any prior version by number and we will send the exact text that was published, with the dates it was in force.
17Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The exclusive venue for any dispute is Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
